Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized General Expenses Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements and expense reports for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial software and a strong understanding of travel management processes.

**MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND MANDARIN**

Responsibilities

AP & AR Management: Own full-cycle AP/AR functions, including invoice processing, revenue recognition, payment clearing/cash application, and coordinating with Treasury for timely payment execution.
Financial Reporting: Support month-end closing processes, perform ledger reconciliations, and assist in preparing core financial statements.
Audit Support: Coordinate with external CPA firms to provide required documentation and schedules for quarterly and annual audits.
Cross-department Collaboration: Serve as the accounting point of contact to resolve cross-functional inquiries and optimize operational workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role or relevant experience in finance or administration.
Proficiency in financial software is required; familiarity with expense management systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of travel regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
