Full Job Description

Company Overview

We're looking for a dynamic, well-connected Physician Liaison & Orthopedic Marketing Coordinator to grow awareness of our orthopedic practice throughout Northern New Jersey, with additional reach into Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island. This is a relationship-driven, boots-on-the-ground role for someone who thrives on building community connections and translating them into practice growth — combined with strong social media and digital marketing skills to amplify that presence online.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, police and fire departments, unions (including longshoremen and NJ Transit workers), and other local groups to raise awareness of our services
Cold call and meet in person with administrators, teachers, police officers, firefighters, NJ Transit employees, union representatives, and other community stakeholders
Plan, coordinate, and run community outreach events, health fairs, and educational sessions
Develop and manage social media content and campaigns to support brand visibility and patient outreach
Serve as the face of the practice in the community, representing us professionally at events and meetings
Track outreach activity, event outcomes, and referral relationships; report on marketing effectiveness
Collaborate with physicians and practice leadership to align outreach efforts with practice goals

What We're Looking For

Significant experience in physician liaison, community outreach, or healthcare marketing including representing our practice at conventions and local events.
Proven track record of cold calling and in-person relationship building with administrators, teachers, first responders, and union/labor groups
Strong social media marketing experience (content creation, campaign management, platform strategy)
Experience planning and executing community events
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable and confident engaging with a wide range of community stakeholders
Self-starter who can manage a territory independently
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Northern NJ, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island

What We Offer

Competitive salary based primarily on performance. Base of $50,000. Increased generously based on performance.
Health insurance, and other benefits after 3 months.
Mileage/travel reimbursement
