Full Job Description

We are a high-growth performance marketing company is looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own end-to-end management of some of the most recognized names in home services and help them unlock growth through insight, execution, and collaboration. You will serve as the voice of the client internally, develop a deep understanding of their business objectives and deliver measurable impact for both your partners and our business.

This is a role focused on growing client relationships through scope expansions, as we have very high client retention rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain trusted partnerships with client stakeholders and translate insights into actions
Manage day-to-day workflow and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects/campaigns for your book of business
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, media operations, tech, etc.) to develop strategic marketing plans
Analyze data and develop detailed marketing reports that clearly demonstrate performance against KPIs and success metrics
Proactively identify new opportunities within existing accounts through strategic consultation and building joint business plans

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Ability to work in person in our NYC office Tuesday-Thursday most weeks
3-5+ years of experience in client success roles; performance marketing experience is a plus.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Data-driven, with experience using analytics tools to interpret performance
Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with AI (specifically Claude) use cases for Client Success is a strong plus
