Full Job Description

Assistant Program Supervisor needed for a Residential group home located in Bergen County, NJ. This position reports directly to the Program Supervisor. This is a forty-hour per week position. This position shift if 4 weekdays from 3pm-11pm and Saturday 3pm-11pm. You will be required to oversee the daily operational oversight of a residential program servicing individuals with autism and other related developmental disabilities. You will also be responsible for providing direct oversight to the direct care professionals. . Must have three years of Program Assistant Supervisorial experience within a residential program supporting individuals with autism and other intellectual disabilities. Bring to work your empathy, compassion, good judgment and reliability and you will succeed.

Examples of Responsibilities:

To ensure the safety and well-being of each service recipient under the guidance of Fordham-Lewis, Consulting, LLC.
To participate in the development and implementation of skill acquisition programs for each service recipient under the guidance of Fordham-Lewis, Consulting, LLC.
To participate in the development of Individual Service goals and objectives for each service recipient under the guidance of Fordham-Lewis, Consulting, LLC.
The Assistant Program Supervisor will be responsible for identifying service recipients needs disaggregating and analyzing data and recommending outcomes for the programs.
The Assistant Program Supervisor will assist the Program Supervisor to be responsible for program design and development. The Assistant Program Supervisor and the Program Supervisor will disseminate instructional strategies and provide staff assistance in the implementation of effective assessment techniques.
The Assistant Program Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Program Supervisor in the supervision and evaluation of staff and maintain appropriate records to support findings.
The Assistant Program Supervisor, along with the Program Supervisor will develop and implement performance objectives as related to the stakeholders at Fordham-Lewis, Consulting, LLC.
The Assistant Program Supervisor will work with the Program Supervisor to be responsible for the development of positive attitudes relative to the agencies business.
