REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for individuals who are:

Ambitious, self-motivated, and coachable
Willingness to commit a minimum of 24+ hours per week as an MLO
Ready to invest consistent time and effort into learning and growing
Comfortable communicating with people in person and online
Open to feedback, mentorship, and ongoing development
Passionate about helping others achieve homeownership or real estate goals
Located in and willing to become licensed in IN, KY, MI, TN, or FL.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Willing to study for and obtain the NMLS license (if not already licensed)
Comfortable with self-generated prospecting — this role is built on relationship-building and referral development, not inbound leads
