Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of service and food safety. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere where both team members and guests feel valued and engaged. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive excellence in a fast-paced environment while developing your management skills within the food service industry.

Responsibilities

Supervise front-of-house operations, including customer service, seating arrangements, and order accuracy to ensure a smooth flow of service.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences, including onboarding new team members and ongoing training initiatives.
Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing levels, and oversee shift management to optimize productivity during busy hours.
Oversee cash handling procedures, POS system operations such as TOAST POS.
Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to support food safety and cost efficiency.
Enforce food safety standards and hygiene protocols in compliance with health regulations to guarantee guest safety.
Collaborate with kitchen management on food production, quality control, and ensuring timely service for all dining formats including casual dining, catering, or banquet settings.
Entering new hire paperwork and payroll as needed

Requirements

Experience: Prior management experience in high-volume casual or upscale dining, preferably with exposure to Brazilian churrasco service.

Physical & Mental Endurance: Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 25 pounds, and maintain composure in fast-paced environments

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution capabilities under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or managerial roles in hospitality or restaurant management.
Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST POS for efficient transaction processing.
Knowledge of food safety management practices and inventory control procedures.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and manage team dynamics.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle cash handling, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis confidently.
Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining settings is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
