Full Job Description

United Home Care LLC is hiring a Spanish-speaking caregiver for a female client in Parker, Colorado.

We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and caring Spanish-speaking caregiver to provide non-medical home care services for a lady in her home.

Position Details:

Location: Parker, CO
Schedule: Approximately 21 hours per week
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Language: Spanish required
Consistent weekly hours
Paid training and ongoing agency support

Job Overview

At United Home Care, we are dedicated to helping our clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are looking for someone who is patient, respectful, reliable, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

The caregiver will provide assistance with personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, and other activities according to the client's approved care plan.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
Bathing and personal hygiene
Grooming and dressing
Toileting and incontinence care, as needed
Mobility and transfers, as needed
Prepare meals and assist with cooking
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping, including:
Laundry
Dishes
Tidying and maintaining a clean living environment
Provide medication reminders
Accompany the client to appointments, errands, or outings, if applicable
Observe and report changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition
Follow the client's care plan and maintain required care documentation
Participate in required orientation, training, competency evaluations, and in-service programs in accordance with agency policy

Requirements

Must speak Spanish
Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to pass a background check
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Dependable and punctual
Ability to safely perform the physical duties required for the position
Ability to work independently and follow the client's care plan and agency instructions
Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and respectful of client privacy
