About Us
At The Fitness Lab, we pride ourselves on being the Denver Metro area leader in Physical Therapy, Medical Exercise, Personal Training, Recovery, and Sports Performance. We take a comprehensive, integrated approach to health, training, and rehabilitation, focused on helping every patient and client not only meet but exceed their goals in a supportive, family-like environment.
Founded on the principles of individualized, one-on-one care, our physical therapy sessions are 40 minutes in length and are spent entirely with a licensed physical therapist. Our patient population is diverse and includes adolescent athletes, weekend warriors, professional athletes, and Medicare patients, with a primary focus on orthopedic, sports medicine, and post-surgical care.
Our interdisciplinary team includes physical therapists, medical exercise specialists, personal trainers, and wellness practitioners who collaborate closely to deliver best-in-class care. As we continue to grow, we are thoughtfully expanding into the medical wellness and recovery space, creating opportunities for interdisciplinary learning and long-term professional growth.
