Position: Adolescent and Adult Therapist

Location: Elizabeth, Co

Position Summary:

Peace of Mind 5280, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician/Therapist to join our team. This position involves working with adolescents and adults through individual therapy sessions. The role requires in-person availability at our Elizabeth, CO location. Reporting to the CEO and Clinical Director, you will be the primary point of contact for your clients, working to foster long-term behavioral change through empathy and therapeutic alliance.

Culture:

Partner with a multi-disciplinary team on assessments, client care planning, and treatment goals.
Ensure the safety of clients.
Foster positive relationships with team members, participants, families, visitors, and the community.
Provide compassion, expertise, and excellent customer service in each interaction with clients, families, and community members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain a minimum 25-hour clinical caseload per week
Provide the highest quality of care for assigned clients.
Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly/bi-weekly/monthly based on client needs.
Implement and review treatment plans within the first three sessions with new clients and at least every 120 days thereafter.
Complete all documentation and notes within 24 hours of sessions.
Ensure client charts are within all regulatory compliance at all times.
Participate in Team Meetings, Case Consultation, Group Supervision.
Develop varied and in-depth materials/curriculum for assigned topic groups.
Motivate clients and occasionally provide crisis management.
Establish a crisis plan with each client as needed.
Attend external training and professional development as needed to maintain licensure.
Ensure client documentation is within regulatory guidelines at all times.
Work independently while enjoying collaboration with the team.
Maintain open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited master's level program, seeking supervision hours towards Colorado licensure requirements.
Candidate must have, at minimum, one of the following: Colorado LPC/LAC/ADDC/LPCC/LCSW License that is in good standing with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
2 years previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields.
MUST NOT own or operate a separate private practice (We are looking for clinicians who want to grow within our brand and mission.)
Must carry their own liability insurance.
Experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving treatment for Substance Use Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, and more.
Familiarity with community mental health resources.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth platforms and digital communication
Open to feedback, reflective supervision, and team collaboration
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong leadership qualities.
In person availability in Elizabeth, Colorado is a requirement
Must pass a background check and pre-employment UA.

Benefits:

Administrative tasks such as billing will be taken care of, allowing you to focus solely on client care.
Access to free supervision hours towards Colorado licensure requirements. Please note, at this time Peace of Mind 5280, Inc is not able to provide Licensure Supervision hours towards Colorado LCSW or LMFT requirements.
Position will be in-person in our Elizabeth office.
Flexible hours, with the ability to decide your own schedule.
Competitive pay range of $40.00 - $50.00 per client hour. Competitive administrative rate offered too.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Expected Hours: Build caseload up to 30 client hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, afternoon and evening availability prioritized.
