Full Job Description

Parma Dental Group is a private, family owned general practice located in Parma, OH that focuses on personalized care for our patients. Dr. Bedir has been giving the community back their smiles for over 10 years now and is seeking a Dental Reciptionist to add to his growing, compassionate, and patient-focused team. Our team utilizes state-of-the-art technology and equipment, such as digital x-rays and a Cerec, to provide our patients with the best possible dental care.

This is a Part-time position:

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday- 8:30am-1:00pm

Friday- 8:30am-3:00pm

Responsibilities include:

Patient scheduling
Greeting patients and being the face of the practice
Entering patient data, associated documentation, and insurance information correctly
Estimating, presenting, and collecting patient financial responsibilities
Insurance, patient billing and following up on claims
Other administrative duties as needed

Our Ideal Candidate:

2+ years of dental experience (required)
Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
Bilingual- Ukrainian speaking is Mandatory!
Experience with Open Dental is a plus!
Embraces being a true Team Player
Time management and computer skills
Ability to manage phone and schedules for optimal productivity
