$75,000 - $145,000 annually (based on billable hours scheduled per week / delivered hours / credentials / years of experience clinically in early intervention.)
IMPORTANT: Please be advised that our roles begin at $55 per billable treatment hour and $20 per hour for indirect time and then there are bonus structures that begin at an average of 50 billable hours or more per 2 week pay period. Our roles are designed for those seeking to build a full-time caseload within 90 days or less. A base salary plus bonus structure may be available after successful employment and development of a full-time caseload.

This is home-based early intervention therapy with children birth to three years old in their natural environments—homes, parks, daycares—where therapy is most effective and outcomes are most profound.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed OT, PT, or SLP with active California credentials (not assistants)
- professional experience working with the birth-to-three demographic
- Passion for early intervention and family-centered care
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned catchment area (15 to 20-mile radius)

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (Licensed OT/PT/SLP):
Below is an example of our W2 Non-Exempt Hourly Roles.

BUILDING A CASELOAD:
All roles are designed to build to full-time employment with a guarantee built in within 90 days of an employee's start date. We offer multiple ways for our team to have stability of pay while still maintaining incredible earning potential tied to treatment hours being delivered. FULL-TIME DEFINITION:
30-35+ billable hours scheduled per week.
SERVICE SETTING:
All services are delivered in the child's home or natural environment. We seek candidates with similar experience.
COMMITMENT REQUIREMENT:
Due to abandonment of care requirements related to the vulnerable population we serve, we ask for an 18-month minimum clinical continuity commitment. Should you be unable to fulfill this, we require a minimum of 8 weeks' notice.
TERRITORY:
Our service delivery model operates within a 20-mile radius catchment area connected to regional centers throughout Greater Los Angeles.

The compensation potential for these full-time positions ranges from $75,000 - $145,000 annually, depending on credentials, early intervention experience, and full-time delivery of therapy hours (30-40 billable hours per week scheduled for 50 consecutive weeks). The lower range applies to non-licensed early interventionists.
