Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Part-Time, Growth Opportunity)

About Doss Metrics

Doss Metrics is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in helping home service businesses generate more leads through websites, SEO, Google Business Profiles, social media marketing, and digital advertising. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and creative team member who wants to grow with our company long-term.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage and grow social media accounts for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, developing marketing strategies, analyzing performance data, and helping businesses improve their online presence.

This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities

Create engaging social media content for multiple client accounts
Design and write social media posts
Schedule content across various social media platforms
Develop monthly content strategies and posting calendars
Monitor engagement and respond to social media activity when needed
Track analytics and prepare performance reports
Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience growth
Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Collaborate with the agency owner on client strategy and execution

Qualifications

Experience managing business social media accounts
Strong writing and communication skills
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple projects
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting
Basic graphic design experience is a plus
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar tools is preferred
Self-motivated and able to work independently

Compensation
