Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our restoration division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration project management, resource scheduling, and team leadership, with hands-on experience using DASH job management software to oversee workflow, budgets, and documentation. This role is key in ensuring that every project is completed efficiently, safely, and with the highest quality standards while supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction and team excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all restoration production activities, including water, fire, mold, and reconstruction projects. (Kent and Tri-Cities)
Manage job assignments and monitor project progress through DASH, ensuring accurate job documentation, budgeting, and timeline tracking.
Supervise, train, and mentor field technicians and crew leaders to promote safety, quality workmanship, and accountability.
Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and the administrative team to ensure smooth workflow from job intake to completion.
Review job scopes, ensure compliance with industry standards (IICRC, OSHA), and verify that all production activities meet company and client expectations.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain efficient job flow.
Conduct site visits to monitor quality control, resolve issues, and support team performance.
Utilize DASH reports and metrics to evaluate performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
Maintain organized job files, work orders, and cost tracking within DASH for management reporting and client documentation.
Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with company policies, state regulations, and site-specific requirements.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in the restoration, construction, or related field; prior supervisory experience required.
Strong working knowledge of DASH restoration software (preferred) or similar platforms (e.g., PSA, Encircle, or XactAnalysis).
Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate multiple projects, and meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with water, fire, and mold remediation processes, as well as reconstruction workflows.
Solid mechanical aptitude; comfortable managing equipment maintenance and logistics.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to interpret scopes, estimates, and documentation from Xactimate or similar estimating tools.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; forklift or equipment operation experience a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional after-hours or emergency response duties.
