Pay will be based on experience.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, hardworking, organized, and able to maintain a strong pace throughout the workday. This position is for someone who knows construction, can think ahead on a jobsite, and understands how to get work completed safely and efficiently without needing constant direction.
The ideal candidate will already have experience leading construction or demolition crews. However, we will consider a highly experienced construction professional who demonstrates strong leadership ability and has the potential to develop into a Demolition Foreman.

What We’re Looking For
We are not looking for entry-level laborers for this position. We are looking for someone who has spent significant time working in demolition or construction and understands how a professional jobsite operates.
You should be comfortable taking responsibility for a project, working alongside your crew, making good decisions in the field, and keeping work moving.
For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to take on increased responsibility and grow into a long-term Foreman position with Kohler Demolition.
A company vehicle may be provided depending on position, experience, driving record, and responsibilities.
If you have significant demolition or construction experience and are looking for a position where your experience and leadership will be valued, we encourage you to apply.
Important Jobsite Conditions
Demolition work involves unpredictable jobsite conditions. Employees may encounter dust, debris, confined or partially enclosed work areas, heat and cold, loud noise, construction materials, insects, bees, wasps, and other hazards that may be concealed inside walls, ceilings, structures, or exterior areas.
Because demolition can unexpectedly disturb active bee or wasp nests, employees must be able to safely work in environments where exposure to bees, wasps, and other insects may occur. Appropriate PPE and safety procedures will be utilized as conditions require.
Applicants must be able to safely perform the essential functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
