Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage comprehensive accounting functions for our Glass company. You will oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and timely reconciliation .

Duties

Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy in debits and credits across multiple accounts.
Reconcile balance sheets and subsidiary ledgers regularly to maintain data integrity.
Oversee payroll management using systems such as ADP and Paychex,
Maintain detailed records of financial transactions using QuickBooks
Enter and reconcile A/P and A/R records
Experience in multicompany accounting a plus

Qualifications

Proven experience in corporate accounting with a strong background in bookkeeping functions.
Proficiency in QuickBooks. At least 3 years exerience required
Experience working with payroll systems like ADP or Paychex is preferred.
Knowledge of financial concepts including balance sheet reconciliation, account analysis, journal entries, debits & credits.
Strong understanding of payroll management processes and tax regulations related to payroll processing.
Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and financial statement preparation accurately.
Excellent math skills coupled with analytical thinking for account analysis and budgeting support.
Attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Effective communication skills working with our customers and vendors

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
