We are currently seeking a Detail-Oriented, Self-Motivated Dental Patient Advocate (Treatment Coordinator) to join our practice. This position plays a vital role in bridging the gap between our patients and providers to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Advocacy: Act as a liaison between patients and doctors, ensuring that patients understand their treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial responsibilities.
Treatment Plan Coordination: Create accurate, comprehensive treatment plan estimates and communicate them clearly to patients.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and optimize the provider’s daily schedules, ensuring maximum productivity while accommodating patient preferences and needs.
Patient Experience: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that patients feel heard, informed, and cared for throughout their dental journey.
Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow, accurate information exchange, and the highest quality of care.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a dental office setting is required (Treatment Coordinator, Dental Assistant, Receptionist, etc.).
Skills: Strong knowledge of dental procedures and insurance practices, including the ability to estimate and explain treatment costs.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on patient education and building relationships.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage a full, productive schedule.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using dental office software and other office technologies.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring goals are met in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
