Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Social Media Content Creator, Personal Assistant, and Nanny to join our vibrant household. This multifaceted role combines the creativity of digital content creation between two dental offices with the personalized support of a dedicated assistant and caring nanny. You will be instrumental in managing social media platforms, crafting engaging content, supporting daily household needs, and ensuring a nurturing environment for children. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to blend media expertise with personal service in a lively, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative social media content strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter, to enhance online presence and engagement for two dental offics
Create compelling multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, including photography, graphic design, and video editing.
Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, and social listening platforms to optimize campaigns and measure success.
Manage social media communication withoutside advertising agencies and teams by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly while maintaining a positive brand voice.
Support personal household tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and coordinating activities for children.
Assist with childcare responsibilities by providing attentive care, engaging children with educational activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. They are ages 10, 8, and 5 , all potty trained and wondersful children, just lots of after school activties that need transportation to while both parents are working
Maintain media editing tools and ensure all digital marketing materials adhere to branding guidelines while proofreading for accuracy.
Collaborate with other team members on public relations initiatives and community engagement efforts to strengthen relationship management.

Skills

Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
Experience with social listening tools and social media analytics to inform content strategy and audience engagement tactics.
Excellent written communication skills for content writing, proofreading, and social media communication.
Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital marketing performance monitoring techniques.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Relationship management skills to foster positive interactions within the household and online communities.
