Full Job Description

Job Description:

The Livestream Operations Assistant is a core member of our livestream operations team, responsible for supporting daily livestream execution, customer service and after-sales operations, product and inventory coordination, and weekly operational reporting.

You will work closely with livestream hosts, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure each livestream runs smoothly from pre-show preparation to post-sale support.

This role offers broad exposure to livestream e-commerce operations and provides a structured environment for learning and growth through daily execution and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Livestream Operations Support

· Participate directly in livestream sessions, supporting hosts with product setup, pricing checks, inventory verification, chat moderation, and overall livestream coordination.

· Engage with customers during livestreams by answering product-related questions and maintaining a friendly, professional, and consistent brand tone.

· Ensure all featured products are accurately prepared prior to each livestream, including pricing, labeling, and availability confirmation.

· Support real-time livestream execution to help maintain smooth flow and positive customer experience.

· Assist with post-livestream tasks such as basic sales tracking, follow-ups, and restocking coordination.

2. Customer Service & After-Sales Operations

· Handle customer inquiries, order issues, and return or exchange requests in a timely, patient, and professional manner.

· Manage after-sales operations, including:

o Reshipment coordination and documentation

o Return-to-inventory tracking and system updates

o Issue tracking, follow-up, and resolution records

· Communicate with warehouse and inbound teams to ensure returned items are properly received, processed, and recorded.

· Track shipment and delivery status when needed and provide updates to internal teams.

· Maintain clear and organized records related to customer service and after-sales cases.

3. Product & Inventory Operations Support

· Assist with receiving, counting, labeling, and organizing incoming products with the warehouse team.

· Help maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, product locations, and availability status.

· Support restocking coordination and assist with resolving product-related operational issues.

· Work with internal teams to ensure products are operationally ready for upcoming livestreams.

4. Weekly Reporting & Documentation

· Collect weekly livestream and sales figures from internal systems and platforms.

· Update internal reporting templates accurately and consistently.

· Prepare weekly presentation slides using company-provided templates.

· Ensure reports and presentation materials are completed and shared with the Team Leader before weekly meetings.

· Maintain organized documentation and files for tracking and reference.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in operations, customer service, or e-commerce-related fields.

· Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, especially in customer service and documentation tasks.

· Comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

· Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.

· Strong execution skills with the ability to follow processes, templates, and deadlines.

· Familiarity with livestream or e-commerce platforms such as Whatnot, TikTok, Shopify, or similar is a plus.

· Willingness to work flexible hours based on livestream and operational schedules.

· Motivated to grow and take on additional responsibilities as experience increases.

Compensation & Benefits

· Monthly salary: USD 4,000 – 5,000
