Full Job Description

Summary: Our top general construction contractor client in the Weymouth Vicinity is seeking a top-notch Construction Office Manager.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is LESS accounting-related and more office management, AIA, and HR-oriented in general. Only a small part of this is accounting! MUST have office management in construction.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable managing the day-to-day operations of an office while independently

handling a broad range of HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR and office management experience,

excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction

environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

1. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding

2. Prepare new hire paperwork and maintain accurate employee records

3. Coordinate employee benefits and HR-related matters

4. Manage employee files and ensure HR documentation is current and organized

5. Handle day-to-day employee questions and HR needs

6. Assist with recruiting, hiring, and employee communications

7. Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable employment requirements

8. Coordinate employee departures and ensure all offboarding procedures are

Office Management

1. Oversee the daily operations of the company office

2. Maintain an organized, professional, and efficient office environment

3. Coordinate office vendors, supplies, and administrative needs

4. Manage company records, correspondence, and documentation.

5. Support the CFO, President, and management team with day-to-day administrative needs.

6. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Insurance & Contracts

1. Manage company insurance matters and coordinate with insurance brokers and carriers

2. Prepare and manage owner contracts and related documentation

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of HR and office management experience

2. Strong organizational and time-management skills

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
