Full Job Description

In house book keeper.

Payroll, tax filing and deposits
AP/AR/Collections
Invoicing
Posting all cash receipts, discounts, allowances, price difference, returns and other charge backs to customer accounts timely and accurately.
Maintaining thorough, well organized accounts receivable customer files by scanning documents into the system and sorting and filing by customer.
Track and investigate deductions (charge backs) from customer payments.
Process, transmit and run credit card transactions for customer sales and refunds.
Process Credit Memos for any adjustment such as shortage, price discrepancy, currency adjustment, tester allowances, freight waiver, uncollectible write-off, duplicate invoices
Process Debit Memos to invoice or re-invoice for any adjustment, currency issues, transferring commissions/fees, correction to original invoice
Perform other accounting duties as requested.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial concepts
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and journal entries
- Ability to work with attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
