Responsibilities

Provide coaching and mentorship to new and seasoned real estate agents to enhance their sales skills, market knowledge, and client management techniques
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract prospective clients
Assist clients through every stage of residential real estate transactions, ensuring smooth deal negotiations and successful closings
Manage real estate transactions efficiently by coordinating with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitive advantages
Support agents in managing customer relationships using CRM systems (technically supported) to foster long-term client rapport
Lead training sessions on negotiation tactics, fair housing regulations, sales technology adoption, and industry best practices

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining client satisfaction
Excellent marketing acumen with experience in digital advertising, social media promotion, and local outreach efforts
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for connecting with diverse client bases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
Familiarity with sales technology platforms and CRM systems to streamline client management processes
Deep understanding of the local real estate market analysis and industry trends to guide strategic decision-making
Exceptional communication skills for building client rapport, managing negotiations, and delivering impactful training sessions
Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards
Prior experience in managing real estate teams or administrative roles within the industry is preferred
