Mental Health Therapist

Job Title: Clinical Therapist / Evaluator (Master's or Doctoral Level) Location: Center City Philadelphia, PA (Approx. 75% Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Practice Located in Center City Philadelphia, our Licensed Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults. We are currently expanding our clinical team and seeking two motivated, Master's or Doctoral-level clinicians. Our practice specializes in the complex clinical treatment of trauma and interpersonal violence, providing specialized therapeutic interventions and evaluations for both survivors and perpetrators.

Position Overview In this role, you will conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and facilitate both individual and group psychotherapy. Because of the specialized nature of our forensic and clinical work, excellent clinical writing and documentation skills are essential. This position offers a highly flexible work model, allowing clinicians to work remotely approximately 75% of the time while remaining actively connected to our collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and document comprehensive clinical evaluations for adolescents and adults.
Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy focused on trauma and interpersonal violence.
Produce high-quality clinical documentation and written reports.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a mental health or related clinical discipline.
Strong foundational mental health background with a demonstrated desire to learn and specialize.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skill in exercising initiative, sound clinical judgment, problem-solving, and effective decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of comfort working in a team atmosphere.
Ability to accept clinical feedback and actively incorporate it into professional growth and performance improvement.
