If you’re a construction leader who thrives on owning projects, mentoring teams, and solving complex operational challenges, this role deserves your attention. Your ability to lead projects and build strong relationships will directly impact both project outcomes and company performance.

As a Senior Project Manager you will:

Lead large-scale, high-profile construction projects from preconstruction through final delivery, with full responsibility for execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction
Operate as a key business leader within the organization, managing not only projects, but also budgets, schedules, risk, staffing, and operational strategy
Partner closely with executive leadership, contributing to company growth initiatives, staffing strategy, and operational decision-making

Requirements of this Senior Project Manager role:

Industry related degree or related combination of education and experience
3+ years’ in a Senior Project Manager role on developments more than $100M
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain professional confidentiality and a strong understanding of development and investment structure
Excellent verbal and written concept communication to non-financial stakeholders
Ability to exercise independent judgment
Proven leadership capability with knack for mentoring junior level associates
Ability to work on tasks simultaneously and be adaptable to change
