Full Job Description

Overview: Excellent opportunity to oversee an exciting new multi-concept opening within two months on Nine Mile Road in a beautiful new building.

Job Responsibilites: oversee daily operations, food quality, and consistentcy; manage food cost, ordering, receiving, vendor relations: interview, hire, on-board entire BOH staff; collaborate on menu development and specials; control all prime costs against budget targets; work within company SOP guidelines.

Requirements for the Position: 3+years in high rated restaurants with at least 1+years in a managerial role as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manger, or Chef Tournant; strong leadership and team-building skills; solid grasp of food cost, inventory, and reading P&L basics; passion for quality, high sanitation standards, exceeding customers expectations, mentoring and on-boarding of all new staff members.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
