Restoration Rebuild Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restoration Rebuild Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the insurance restoration and reconstruction industry, strong construction knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a history of delivering high-quality projects that result in satisfied customers and positive reviews.

Position Summary

The Restoration Rebuild Supervisor is responsible for overseeing residential and commercial reconstruction projects resulting from water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage claims. This position serves as the primary field representative for our clients and must ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple restoration and reconstruction projects simultaneously.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and in-house trades.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets company quality standards.
Review scopes of work, project schedules, and budgets.
Communicate effectively with homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and internal team members.
Maintain project documentation, photos, and job progress updates.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Perform punch list inspections and oversee project completion.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance restoration, reconstruction, remodeling, or residential construction supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, remodeling practices, and building materials.
Experience managing water, fire, mold, and storm damage reconstruction projects preferred.
Demonstrated history of outstanding customer service and positive client reviews.
Ability to read scopes, estimates, and construction documents.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Xactimate, DASH, CompanyCam, or similar restoration software.
IICRC certifications are a plus.
General Contractor or construction management experience preferred.
