Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their check-in and check-out processes are seamless, their questions are answered promptly, and their stay is memorable. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing information and resolving inquiries efficiently
Handle guest requests, complaints, and issues with proactive customer service problem-solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications within hospitality reservation systems
Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety during any incident or emergency situation
Assist with night audit duties to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
Provide exceptional guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized service

Experience

Previous experience working at a hotel front desk or in hospitality management is highly preferred
Proficiency in hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) is essential
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus for serving diverse guests effectively
Knowledge of hospitality reservation systems and property management procedures is required
Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and resort operations enhances your suitability for this role
