Job Requirements:
- 3-5 Years Machine installation and maintenance experience
- Two-year technical degree or equivalent preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools
- Computer aptitude for trouble shooting equipment diagnostics
- "Pride in work” commitment to a complete and proper process
- Electrical knowledge preferred, low voltage
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- A reliable form of transportation, a driver’s license and a clean driving record
- The ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work a standard 8-5 day 40 hours per week (Full Time)
- Good communication skills, positive attitude and professionalism
- Self-Starter, Dependable, Punctual, Reliable, Excellent attention to Detail
- Be available if overnight/out of state travel is needed (15-20% of the time)
Career Progression:
This position will shadow senior technicians at Mid-America daily. When the candidate is ready they will be expected to obtain certifications on equipment installed by Mid-America and will attend the factory for further training . The candidate should expect to work on a variety of exciting and unique projects and challenges. This position can offer advancement into a lead role, if desired and capable.

Pay: $24.00 to 45.00 per hour or more depending on experience; bonuses and overtime available
