Start your career as a First Party Collections Agent in Maumee, OH with AllianceOne, a Teleperformance company and global leader in customer experience.

In this role, you will work directly with customers to resolve past due accounts while delivering a professional and respectful experience. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a stable, performance-driven environment.

Schedule and Training

Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

What You Will Do

As a First Party Collections Agent, you will:

Manage inbound and outbound calls to collect on past due consumer and commercial accounts
Work with customers to resolve balances on credit cards and loan accounts
Maintain compliance while delivering a professional and empathetic experience
Meet performance goals for quality, productivity, and adherence
Handle a daily caseload and prioritize tasks effectively

Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
