Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
Utilize calendar management skills to schedule appointments and coordinate guest requests.
Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and office organization.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as communication with diverse clientele is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely responses to guest needs.
Experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar healthcare setting is an advantage but not required.
