Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk

North Point Chiropractic

North Point Chiropractic is looking for an outgoing, positive, hardworking Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to join our front desk team.

This is not just a receptionist position.

We’re looking for someone who can become an important part of our team, take ownership of their role, build relationships with our patients, and potentially grow into greater responsibility within our practice.

What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll be one of the first and last people our patients interact with, which means you play a huge role in the experience they have in our office.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and creating a warm, energetic, welcoming environment
Checking patients in and out
Scheduling appointments and helping patients stay on track with their care
Answering phones, texts, and patient questions
Collecting payments and assisting with front desk administrative responsibilities
Communicating clearly with patients and other team members
Learning our office systems and helping keep patient flow running smoothly
Paying attention to the details and anticipating what the team needs
Building genuine relationships with our patients and families
Helping solve problems instead of waiting for someone else to solve them
Taking ownership of your responsibilities and contributing to the overall success of the practice

We’re Looking for More Than a Front Desk Employee

The right person may have the opportunity to transition into a Chiropractic Technician role for someone who is a great fit, is interested in working more directly with patients, and successfully completes the required training/coursework.

You do not need previous chiropractic experience to apply.

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday: 8:00am-1:30pm, 2:30-6:30pm; Tuesday: 11:30-5:00pm; Wednesday 8:30am-12:30 pm, 2:30-6:30pm; Thursday: 8:30am-1:30pm, 2:30-6:30pm - One Friday a quarter for team quarterly meetings 8:00am-12:00pm.
