Job Overview
PSK America is seeking 2 Supply Chain & Purchasing Specialists to support day-to-day supply chain operations, including procurement execution, inventory management, demand forecasting, and supplier coordination. This role is a hands-on, individual contributor position responsible for ensuring on-time order execution, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and supporting internal teams and customers throughout the order and delivery process.

Supply Chain & Purchasing

Job Responsibilities

Order Management

- Manage and track purchase orders to ensure on-time completion and adherence to quality standards.

Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor inventory flow and identify over-aged inventory; implement corrective actions as needed.

-Support inbound and outbound logistics in collaboration with suppliers and manufacturing partners.

-Establish and maintain optimal inventory levels to support business demand.

-Partner with suppliers on demand and supply planning, including pull-ins and pushouts, to meet MRP requirements.

Purchasing, Analysis & Forecasting

-Replenish inventory to meet customer demand and support planning activities through demand forecasting.

-Negotiate and execute purchases and RFQs to achieve optimal cost while balancing quality, supplier reliability, and urgency.

-Monitor cost ratios and negotiating pricing as needed to achieve target gross margins.

Vendor Management

-Manage supplier relationships to ensure capacity, quality, and service levels meet current and future needs.

-Establish supplier KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews across Quality, Cost, and Service.

-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier issues and identify cost and performance improvement opportunities.

On-Time Order Execution

-Communicate cross-functionally to ensure orders are placed accurately and executed on time.

Customer Needs / Support

- Understand customer needs and facilitate alignment between customers and internal teams.

- Communicate regularly with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations.

- Report on customer needs to relevant internal teams and leadership as needed.

- Coordinate internal resources to support issue resolution and ensure smooth project progress.

-Monitor customer project progress and ensure timely delivery with quality.

Contract Negotiation

-Lead price negotiations, contract execution, and delivery terms discussions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications Education

-Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Experience

-2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing.

Skills & Abilities

-Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.

-Solid understanding of inventory management and purchasing categories.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

Additional Requirements

- Full-time, on-site position based in Round Rock, TX.

- Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
