Ehomie is looking for ambitious, creative, and growth-oriented individuals to join our team as a Philadelphia Market Development & Sales Intern.

This position combines market development, business partnerships, sales, social media marketing, content creation, customer relationship management (CRM), and real estate consulting. You will play a key role in supporting Ehomie's growth in the Greater Philadelphia student housing market while building valuable experience in real estate, marketing, and business development.

Every year, thousands of international students and young professionals arrive in the United States searching for housing, community, and a fresh start. As a Philadelphia Market Development & Sales Intern, you'll help connect clients with housing solutions while building your own professional network and long-term career.

Whether you're passionate about marketing, sales, business development, social media marketing, content creation, or customer relationship management, this role offers hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and long-term growth opportunities.

You Will

Market Research & Property Acquisition

Research the Greater Philadelphia student housing market and identify apartments, communities, and buildings popular among international students.
Build and maintain a database of student housing options, leasing offices, and property management companies.
Reach out to apartment communities and leasing offices to explore listing and partnership opportunities.
Collect market insights, rental trends, pricing information, and competitor intelligence to support business growth.
Help expand Ehomie's housing inventory and local market presence.

Leverage social media marketing, content marketing, and community marketing strategies to attract potential clients and generate business partnership opportunities.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or above. Current students, recent graduates, and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
International students with CPT authorization and graduates eligible for OPT are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Interest in sales, marketing, business development, social media marketing, content creation, customer relationship management, or real estate.
Comfortable creating content and engaging with online communities.
Familiarity with the Philadelphia area, local universities, or student housing market is a strong plus.
Real estate license holder or actively pursuing a real estate license is a plus, but not required.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
