Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Processor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the loan origination process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected, reviewed, and processed efficiently. This position requires a strong , and compliance.

Duties

Review and verify loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Process loan applications in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely approval of loans.
Maintain communication with clients, lenders, banks, and escrow companies throughout the loan process.
Utilize basic math skills to calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and monthly payments.
Perform 10 key typing tasks accurately to input data into the loan processing system.
Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the loan processing phase.

Requirements

Proven experience in loan processing or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with loan origination systems and underwriting processes.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in basic math skills for accurate calculations related to loans.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
