Adjunct Clinical Nursing Faculty – Part-Time

Our New Nursing Management is looking to build an exciting, student-centered, and passionate team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in healthcare education and patient care.

Location:
Prism Career Institute (Multiple NJ/PA Locations)
In-person clinical instruction at designated clinical sites

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and instruct students during clinical rotations
Serve as a clinical role model and uphold standards of safe, ethical nursing practice
Provide timely evaluations, feedback, and documentation of student performance
Support a respectful, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment
Communicate with clinical sites and collaborate with lead faculty to ensure clinical objectives are met
Participate in faculty meetings, orientation, and professional development activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Minimum 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience in acute or comparable settings
Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing education or clinical instruction
Current and unencumbered RN license
Compact Nursing License or active RN licenses in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Prior teaching experience preferred

Schedule:

Variable part-time schedule
Day, evening, and/or weekend availability depending on program needs
On-site presence required at clinical locations

Compensation & Benefits:

$45–$50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Flexible scheduling based on faculty availability
Participation in faculty development and training
