Join a Team That Makes a Difference

Impactful Senior Home Care is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Inside Sales Representative / Community Liaison to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is an office-based inside sales position where you'll connect with prospective clients and families who have already expressed interest in home care services or have been referred to our agency. You'll spend your day building relationships, answering questions, and helping individuals find the care that's right for them.

Our team provides a steady flow of warm leads, allowing you to focus on meaningful conversations and delivering an exceptional experience while helping clients begin or transfer their home care services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and is motivated by performance-based earnings through competitive hourly pay, uncapped commission, monthly bonuses, and patient admission incentives.

Bilingual Requirement

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Applicants must be able to communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, referral partners, and healthcare providers in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

Make 50–100 outbound calls per day to warm leads and existing referrals.
Build meaningful relationships with prospective clients and their families.
Educate individuals about our home care services and answer questions regarding eligibility and available programs.
Help individuals begin home care services or transfer their existing services to Impactful Senior Home Care.
Guide referrals through the enrollment process and assist with obtaining required documentation when needed.
Conduct consistent follow-up calls to ensure referrals continue moving through the process.
Coordinate with physicians, case managers, referral partners, and internal departments as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and referral records within agency systems.
Track your sales pipeline and follow-up activities.
Meet and exceed monthly admissions and performance goals.
Collaborate with the Intake, Recruiting, Scheduling, and Business Development teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
Previous experience in inside sales, healthcare sales, home care, admissions, intake coordination, customer service, call center, or business development preferred.
Comfortable speaking with clients and families by phone throughout the day.
Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-up abilities.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed expectations.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay: $19.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential
Monthly performance bonuses paid on top of your hourly pay and commission
$150 bonus for every patient admitted
