About Ascend Community Partners

Ascend Community Partners is an independent community outreach, business development, and strategic partnerships organization that helps organizations strengthen community relationships, expand their reach, and connect individuals with valuable programs and services.

Our professionals serve as trusted ambassadors, representing our partner organizations with integrity, professionalism, and excellence while creating meaningful connections that strengthen communities and drive measurable impact.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an outgoing, self-motivated professional who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and making a positive impact in the community.

As a Strategic Partnerships & Community Growth Coordinator, you'll represent Ascend Community Partners by developing relationships with local businesses, employers, community organizations, and residents while supporting community outreach and healthcare enrollment initiatives for one of our partner organizations.

This is a field-based position that combines business development, community outreach, neighborhood engagement, and relationship building.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with local businesses, employers, and community organizations.
Conduct in-person business outreach and neighborhood canvassing throughout assigned communities.
Educate businesses and residents about available healthcare resources and services.
Assist eligible individuals through the enrollment process.
Generate new partnership opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
Maintain accurate outreach and enrollment records.
Represent Ascend Community Partners professionally at all times.

Education & Experience

There are no minimum educational requirements for this opportunity.

We value professionalism, initiative, integrity, communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships.

Relevant work experience, certifications, vocational training, college coursework, or higher education are welcomed but not required.

Success in this role is determined by your professionalism, work ethic, coachability, and ability to build trust—not solely by previous job titles or formal education.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Comfortable working in a field-based environment
Ability to walk for extended periods while conducting outreach
Basic computer proficiency
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

Schedule

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

Approximately 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
