Full Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Directly support Teikoku USA Quality and Continuous Improvement functions with document management, contracts file administrative and schedule creation / tracking.

Support the ASME Quality Program through cross functional coordination, maintaining contract files and project tracking. Manage ISO 9001 documentation. Assist with Continuous Improvement, R&D and engineered order schedule creation and milestone tracking.

PRIMARY DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintain ASME contract files including schedule tracking
Coordinate schedules, including stakeholder meetings.
Communicate with various departments in the organization, stakeholders, and project participants to keep everyone informed and on the same page
Monitor project progress and create project status reports
Analyze risks and opportunities, and work with the project manager to identify and remove roadblocks
Deliver and organize necessary documentation from intake to completion
Coordinate project timing and customer needs
Proactively communicate and follow-up as necessary with all parties involved along the way in any given project – displaying courtesy and professionalism with every communication
Keep internal customers aware of the times and dates when projects will be completed
Communicate with external customers as applicable
Identify logistical and technical issues with any project as soon as possible and work with necessary parties to resolve in the most effective manner

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SPECIAL SKILLS:

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in using Excel for data analysis and presentation
Experience with Visio or similar flow-charting software
Epicor or ERP experience a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and exceptional time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- with active listening capabilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Composed and calm, particularly in emergency situations
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
