Full Job Description

Our client, a leading national Professional Employer Organization (PEO), is seeking an experienced Sr. Business Development Manager to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the PEO sector, they provide payroll, HR, benefits, and workforce solutions to businesses nationwide.

This role focuses on B2B sales — building relationships, developing new clients, and representing the organization at national conventions, conferences, and trade shows. You’ll also lead a small team, manage marketing initiatives, and oversee the Scottsdale Division office.

What You’ll Do:

Drive new PEO sales for the National Alliance Sales Division.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
Represent the company at national conventions, conferences, tradeshows, and other corporate-sponsored events.
Manage and support team members across marketing campaigns, sales projects, and national partnerships.
Oversee the National Alliance Sales Division Office, ensuring efficient operations and administration.
Serve as a brand ambassador, building relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years’ experience in B2B strategic service sales (PEO, payroll, recruiting, insurance, or franchise sales a plus).
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s a plus).
Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM/sales prospecting tools, and social media platforms.
Energetic, self-starter who thrives in a merit-based, non-micromanaged environment.
Must be willing and able to travel to represent the firm at corporate events, including national conventions, conferences, and tradeshows.
