Full Job Description

We are looking for a body shop ESTIMATOR to join our winning team at our shop in Phoenix. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and take your career to the next level.

What we are looking for:

Team player who contributes to the overall performance of the center
Responsible for helping to sell collision repair and refinish services
Develop detailed estimates of the cost of services and explain the estimates to customers
Customer interaction / service, both over the phone and in-person
Develop and cultivate relationships with local and national customer accounts and insurance companies
Responsible for administrative duties in the office
Helping the team pick up and deliver vehicles from fleet account locations
Focus on quality
Results driven
Possesses good decision-making ability and sound judgment
Commitment to continued learning
Performs other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as needed

Background / Experience:

Prior experience as an Estimator required
