WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Plan and execute dealership events, client experiences, sponsorship activations, and vehicle launches, managing all logistics from concept through completion
Coordinate vendors, contracts, budgets, invoices, expense tracking, and payment processing to ensure accurate financial management and successful event delivery
Provide executive and administrative support to dealership leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, presentations, reports, and communications.
Manage client relations, VIP experiences, sponsorship partnerships, marketing initiatives, customer outreach, and event communications.
Oversee operational and facility coordination, including maintenance projects, vendor services, inventory management, and process improvements
Serve as a cross-functional liaison between leadership, departments, vendors, and corporate teams while managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Manage RSVPs, invitations, guest communications, confirmations, and post-event follow-up.
Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Service: Assist customers and vendors by phone or in person to find the support they're looking for, and route them promptly to the appropriate team member.
Authenticity: Connect with customers about their vehicle questions in a professional manner that reflects understanding, clarity and accuracy, and courtesy.
Collaboration: Support the dealership sales and service team during events, service rush hours and as otherwise needed onsite, often during non-traditional hours.
Technical Expertise: Capably manage telephone switchboards to handle customer calls, and enter basic customer demographic information into the sales control system as required.
