Full Job Description

We are changing the world...one flannel at a time. We’re a little non-traditional, a little on the edge, but that’s what makes us such a fun company to work for.

Motorcycles, skateboards, low-riders, hardcore/punk music, and flannels in our closets. That’s who we are and we were tired of flannels that didn’t fit well, wrinkled, shrunk, and faded. We worked hard and did it better and rolled out the first Dixxon flannel in 2013 and we haven’t looked back since! We continue to be all about growth and change!

We are looking for an experienced team member to join our Production team in our Tempe office. The Production Manager oversees the high-level operations of the production team, managing workload, active projects, cross-functional communication, high-level strategic oversight and direction for production initiatives. This role is responsible for driving collaboration projects from start to finish, coordinating vendor relationships, and optimizing internal processes for maximum efficiency and output. The position focuses on planning, coordination, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with company goals while supporting efficient execution across teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role includes tasks and management of key processes and people within the production team with cross-departmental collaboration.

Provide high-level review and guidance on production processes, timelines, and output to ensure alignment with company objectives
Set and manage production-related budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial targets
Define and support execution of production and operational goals in alignment with broader company priorities
Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and production performance
Evaluate production outcomes and provide strategic recommendations for optimization and improvement
Oversee all active projects across production and art to ensure on-time delivery
Lead collaboration projects from onboarding to final delivery
Oversee communication with all external vendors and production partners
Give final approval on all incoming samples
Create and distribute POs, SKUs, and SRPs to internal teams, distributors, and vendors
Identify and source new vendors to support expanded product offerings

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a similar role managing production.
Ability to comfortably manage communication and deadlines across several departments.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be a self-starter and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Asana or similar project management software with excellent attention to detail.
Airtable (or similar) and Microsoft Office intermediate skills.
Strong communication skills with collaborative style for effective communication and team dynamic.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to importance.
Deep understanding of the Dixxon brand, as well as the customer and applicable trends.
Able to sit for prolonged periods while working on a laptop with keyboard and mouse. Ability to lift, push and pull boxes up to 40 pounds. Able to stand and/or walk on concrete floors for prolonged periods twist, turn, bend, stoop, reach.

SCHEDULE

Must be available to work full-time in our Tempe office 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday.
