Position: Onsite Recruiter
City: Surprise
Range of Pay: $20.00 – $24.00/hr DOE
Shift: 1st shift (typical office hours)

Job Summary

Recruiting & Talent Management

Source, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse and light industrial roles
Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and drug screenings
Manage new hire orientations and HR documentation
Maintain accurate records in ATS/HRIS systems

Onsite & Workforce Support

Manage timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll approvals
Conduct performance follow-ups and employee check-ins (30/60/90 day reviews)
Address attendance issues and disciplinary processes
Support safety initiatives and workers’ compensation processes
Assist with employee relations and retention strategies

Qualifications

3+ year recruiting, staffing, HR, or high-volume hiring experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Basic computer skills; experience with ATS a plus (Bullhorn preferred).
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow compliance procedures.

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Staffing Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top-tier talent across various functions and levels. Your expertise will drive strategic hiring initiatives, foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for a wide range of roles.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools, HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft, and applicant tracking systems such as Lever or iCIMS.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through research, cold calling, and relationship management to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective job descriptions.
Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards.
Lead employer branding initiatives by leveraging social media platforms and community outreach to attract diverse talent pools.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within ATS platforms like Taleo or HRIS systems such as Kronos or UltiPro.
Support onboarding processes including employee orientation, training & development programs, and employee evaluation procedures.
Stay informed about industry trends in HR sourcing, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and succession planning to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Experience

Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex offers confidently.
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; HRIS systems like Workday or ADP; and payroll systems including Paychex or Kronos.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly across diverse audiences.
Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
Experience utilizing social media management tools for talent attraction campaigns.
Demonstrated ability in relationship management, lead generation, and research techniques to identify top talent efficiently.
Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of recruitment.
