Automotive Internet Sales Manager / Sales Manager in Training

Position: Automotive Internet Sales Manager / Sales Manager in Training

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Internet Sales Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a Sales Manager role.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in automotive sales and internet sales, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the drive to help a dealership team succeed. We are willing to provide additional training for the right candidate who has the required automotive experience and is ready to advance into management.

What We Require

Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience
Current or recent experience as an Automotive Internet Sales Manager or in a similar internet sales/BDC leadership role
Strong understanding of the automotive sales process from lead to delivery
Experience working with internet leads, phone calls, appointments, follow-up, and customer engagement
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a sales team accountable
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven dealership environment
Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to work a flexible dealership schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

What You'll Do

Manage and respond to internet leads and help maximize appointment and closing opportunities
Monitor follow-up activity and ensure leads are handled promptly and professionally
Coach and develop sales consultants on internet leads, phone skills, appointments, and closing techniques
Track sales performance and key performance indicators
Work closely with the Sales Management team to improve processes and increase sales
Assist with daily sales operations and customer satisfaction
Help motivate the sales team and create a positive, accountable, high-performance environment
Learn and take on additional responsibilities as you develop toward a Sales Manager position
