· Pay Range $70-90k DOE

The Opportunity

As our Senior Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, you will manage complex, high-value and sensitive litigation matters under the direction of the supervising attorney. You will take an active role throughout the litigation lifecycle—from pleadings, discovery and medical review through depositions, mediation, trial preparation and trial attendance. This role is ideal for an experienced litigation professional who anticipates what comes next, keeps cases moving, communicates confidently with clients and legal professionals, and can manage competing priorities with limited day-to-day supervision.

Key Responsibilities

· Complex Case Management: Manage high-value and sensitive personal injury litigation matters, including pleadings, disclosures, discovery, mediation, trial preparation and trial attendance.

· Case Communication: Maintain professional, compassionate communication with clients, expert witnesses, co-counsel, courts, judges and opposing counsel to keep matters progressing.

· Depositions & Mediation: Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), and communications with expert witnesses.

· Medical Review: Conduct detailed medical-record reviews, prepare medical chronologies, and assist with evaluation of potential medical malpractice matters based on client information and medical documentation.

· Legal Drafting: Prepare joint reports, scheduling orders, stipulations, motions, notices, settlement demands and other litigation documents.

· Deadlines & Court Filings: Calendar and maintain filing deadlines, hearing dates and other critical matters; electronically file court documents and perform case-related research and investigation as needed.

· Trial Preparation: Organize exhibits, trial binders and supporting documentation, including medical and wage information, to ensure materials are complete and accessible.

· Case Costs & Records: Order medical records and billing information, track case-related expenses and ensure costs are accurately submitted to Accounting.

· Team Collaboration: Participate in monthly case reviews with the supervising attorney and collaborate with the litigation team to support successful case outcomes.

· Litigation Support: Assist with exhibits, trial materials, case documentation and other litigation-related support necessary to move cases successfully through resolution or trial.

What We’re Looking For

· 7+ Years - Senior Litigation Experience: Demonstrated experience independently managing complex litigation matters and competing deadlines.

· Personal Injury Knowledge: Strong familiarity with personal injury litigation, medical records, discovery, depositions, mediation and trial preparation.

· Drafting & Filing Skills: Proven ability to prepare accurate legal documents and manage electronic court filings.

· Medical Record Analysis: Ability to review extensive medical documentation and prepare clear, accurate chronologies and case summaries.

· Organization & Judgment: Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, follow-through and ability to prioritize sensitive or high-value matters.

· Client Service: Professional and compassionate communication skills when working with clients, experts, attorneys, courts and other stakeholders.

· Technology: Comfort working in case-management systems, Microsoft Office and electronic filing platforms.

· Confidentiality: Commitment to protecting client information and maintaining files and workspaces in accordance with firm expectations.

Schedule & Location

This is a full-time, on-site position in downtown Glendale, Arizona. Core office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Minimal business travel may be requested when required.

Friday Early Release: Employees who start work at 8:00 a.m., work at least four hours through noon, and have no unmet deadlines may be eligible to leave at noon and receive paid release time for the remainder of the scheduled workday, up to four hours.
