Lead Tree Division Supervisor / Growth-Focused Estimator

Greenscapes Landcare is looking for a driven, results-oriented leader to take full ownership of our tree services division and accelerate its growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone ready to build, lead, and expand a key part of our business. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the direction of the division, drive revenue, develop a strong team, and make a lasting mark on our company’s success. Responsibilities

Lead and schedule tree crews to ensure efficient daily operations.
Estimate, bid, and sell residential and commercial tree services.
Meet with clients to assess needs and provide expert recommendations.
Oversee project execution to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable to performance standards.
Coordinate equipment, materials, and job logistics.
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service from initial contact through project completion.

Qualifications

Experience supervising tree crews.
Knowledge of proper tree pruning, removals, and tree health.
Must have a general knowledge of rigging and safety
Ability to estimate and sell tree work.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
ISA Certified Arborist is a plus, but not required.
