Full Job Description

Frazer Ryan Goldberg & Arnold LLP is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our practice, with a primary focus on Guardianships and Conservatorships, alongside Estate Planning and Probate. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who can work independently, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and support attorneys through protective proceedings and the estate administration process. The successful candidate will work directly with attorneys, clients, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries while helping ensure matters are handled accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional client service.Responsibilities

Draft protective pleadings including petitions for guardianship and conservatorship.
Prepare court filings such as initial inventories, annual accountings, and budgets.
Draft estate planning documents including revocable trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.
Manage probate matters from opening through closing for both formal and informal proceedings.
Assist with trust administration matters following a client's death.
Coordinate background checks and training requirements for proposed fiduciaries.
Communicate with clients wards, family members, financial institutions, and third parties.
Coordinate asset transfers and trust funding activities.
Maintain case files calendars, court hearing schedules, and statutory deadlines.
Provide empathetic service to families navigating sensitive or difficult life transitions.

Qualifications

Previous paralegal experience required in guardianship, conservatorship, and estate planning.
Strong understanding of Arizona probate code, protective proceedings, and trust administration.
Experience drafting pleadings accountings, and estate documents with minimal supervision.
Excellent written communication and verbal skills for sensitive client interactions.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to financial and legal details.
Ability to prioritize work, manage strict court deadlines, and handle multiple cases.
Proficiency with Excel Microsoft Office, and legal practice management software.
Professional demeanor and an empathetic, client-service mindset.
