Head of Agent Growth

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Direct Reports: Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators

Location: Peoria, AZ

Status: Full-time, Exempt

Note: This is a newly created position at EveryPlace, established to build out a formal recruiting function.

Position Summary

EveryPlace is seeking a senior recruiting leader to build and run the brokerage's agent recruiting function

end to end. This role owns the strategy for attracting, evaluating, and onboarding real estate agents

across all branch locations, and manages a team of recruiters who execute day to day sourcing and

outreach. The ideal candidate has led recruiting at scale in real estate or a related industry, understands

agent production and team economics, and can operate as a strategic partner to executive leadership, not just a hiring function.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and own EveryPlace's overall agent recruiting strategy, including sourcing channels, value proposition, and messaging

· Build, lead, and coach a team of recruiters; set goals, review pipeline, and hold the team accountable to production metrics

· Develop and continuously improve recruiting processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer structuring, and onboarding handoff

· Partner directly with executives and Branch Sales Leaders to understand headcount needs, market gaps, and production targets by branch

· Build and maintain a recruiting pipeline/CRM system to track candidates, conversion rates, and time-to-fill

· Represent EveryPlace's brand and value proposition to prospective agents and teams, including experienced agent recruitment and team/producer acquisition

· Analyze recruiting metrics and report on pipeline health, cost per hire, and retention of new agents

· Stay current on real estate recruiting trends, competitor value propositions, and compensation/commission structures in the market

Performance Expectations

· Meets personal recruiting quotas/KPIs as set by executive leadership (targets to be defined: e.g. agents recruited per month/quarter, pipeline volume, time-to-fill)

· Ensures direct-report recruiters meet their individual quotas and activity benchmarks

· Reports on team and individual performance against goals on a regular cadence (weekly/monthly)

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years leading or managing a recruiting team

· Real estate industry experience strongly preferred (brokerage, team, or related recruiting)

· Demonstrated ability to build recruiting processes from the ground up

· Strong track record of hitting hiring/production targets in a high-volume environment

· Excellent relationship-building and consultative sales skills; comfortable being evaluated as closely as the candidates they recruit

· Data-driven approach to pipeline management and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

· Active AZ Real Estate License

· Experience recruiting producing agents or teams (not just new licensees)

· Familiarity with Zillow Flex/Preferred, eXp, Real, or similar production-based recruiting models

· Experience building or scaling a recruiting function within a brokerage
