We are Courtesy Automotive Group, a local family-owned business that has been operating franchised automobile dealerships in Arizona and California. Due to the growth of both our brand and franchise, we are looking to add a Service Advisor to the team.

Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred
Track record of top sales and CSI
Ability to remain organized and focused in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
Present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand
Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner
Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity
Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times
Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner
Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer
Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities
Shuttle customers as needed
Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.
Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience at an automotive dealership
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer competencies
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
