Job Responsibilities:

Optimally packaging parts or material for shipping and delivery to various local and out of state locations.
Loading, securing, and unloading material on company trucks. Individuals will also be driving manual transmission flatbed company trucks to pick up and deliver material and products to suppliers and customers. Loading may be done by forklift or manual loading as appropriate.
Verifying materials and documentations of material and product received (e.g. counting out parts to verify quantity, verifying packing lists, validating correct size of raw materials).
Placing parts into inventory and assigning location in system.
Conduct daily inspections of forklift and delivery vehicles ensuring safety and maintenance guidelines are met.
Maintain shipping and receiving materials by checking stock to determine inventory level.
Scheduling maintenance for company delivery vehicle(s); forklift. Maintain maintenance schedule log.
Perform other duties as required by management.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of clerical and packaging experience in a warehouse/service industry.
Must be 21 years of age (insurance purposes).
Must have clean driving record and a valid Arizona Driver's License.
Forklift experience required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Able to handle frequent interruptions, breaks in routine and last-minute change in scheduling.
Good math skills and detail oriented.

Preferred Additional Skills / Qualifications:

Commercial Driver's License a plus.
Forklift certification a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, reach as needed to lift and move product.
Ability to move arms, hands and fingers as necessary to load, deliver, and unload.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work overtime, if necessary.
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
