Full Job Description

We're always looking for great sales Talent at Sportiqe!

*This is a general opening for a local in-person Account Executive based in our Tempe office* Out-of-state employees should not apply unless open to relocation.

Our Sales team operates in two distinct lanes:

Team Business — Managing relationships and expanding opportunities with sports teams, leagues, events, and organizations.
Territory Reps — Building and developing geographic markets, identifying and landing new partners while growing existing ones.

Both lanes share the same DNA: proactive, consultative selling with long lead times, relationship-first mindset, and the ability to navigate the unique challenges that come with custom apparel — production timelines, design coordination, inventory complexity, and client expectations.

This isn't transactional. Our clients trust us with their brand, and we take that seriously.

Our sales roles are base salary + bonus/commission structure. Travel expectation is 15-20% annually.

WHO YOU ARE FOR THE TEAM - Account Executive

You have a proven success handling B2B accounts in product-based sales (physical goods), preferably handling SKU variation and custom orders.
Wholesale apparel or product experience strongly preferred.
You are an effective communicator (written & verbal) with organizational and presentation skills that will help contribute to the overall success of this role.
Experience managing long, complex sales cycles (3–6+ months) with demanding, high-end clients across multiple locations.
Exceptional organizational skills — you've managed multiple concurrent projects with shifting timelines and intricate details without anything slipping.
You build strong rapport and trust to maintain a partnership with special accounts.
You are confident in taking action and are self motivated.
You have familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and proficiency in Google Suite is a plus!

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE - Account Executive

Uncover customer needs and present the proper solution by demonstrating knowledge of Sportiqe’s products and value propositions.
High level communication and strategy with clients and internal leaders, while setting the correct expectations for the next steps and fulfillment.
Analyze data to track key account performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Care for our Partners by giving them speedy and attentive customer service.
Remain composed and adaptable as orders change or timelines shift without losing track of details. You thrive on being steady when everything else is moving.
High-touch client management - You'll manage their expectations, solve problems proactively, and ensure every order — from initial design concepts through final delivery — exceeds their bar.
You will continuously learn and contribute to a winning team where we are all in it together.
